Eligibility for Returns

  2. The original packaging and all included materials (tags, manuals, etc.) are intact.
  3. A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is provided.
  4. The item is not marked as “final sale” or categorized as non-returnable.

Steps to Initiate a Return

    • Our team will guide you through the process and confirm your eligibility.
  1. Prepare the Package
    • Carefully repack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
    • Include a copy of the receipt or order confirmation in the package.
    • Clearly label the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  1. Send the Package
    • Ship the package to one of the following addresses:
      • Vietnam Address: 7 Phan Huy Chu, Bac Ly, Dong Hoi, Quang Binh 47000, Vietnam
      • US Address: 4256 W Diversey Ave, Chicago, IL 60639, United States
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
